Leopardclaw's Deputy Ceremony

Squirrelstar lay sunning herself in the clearing. She decided that Leaopardclaw would be the deputy after sitting and thinking a while. She nodded and got up and stretched. She ate a mouse quickly than jumped onto SkyRock, and looked at the empty clearing. The Greenleaf sun shone down on her pelt and seemed to illuminate her as she raked her gaze across the clearing once more. "Let all cats of SkyClan join beneath the SkyRock to hear my words!" she called out, her pelt still glistening brightly.

Frostfire padded out and sat down below the skyrock, waiting to hear.

Leopardclaw stood by skyrock, and waited to hear what his leader had to say.

"Now, I know the Warrior I am choosing for a Deputy has not trained an apprentice, but he is who I see as the best deputy, and when he becomes leader will lead this Clan strong and well. I say these words now before StarClan, hoping they here and approve my choice. Leopardclaw, you will be the new deputy." Squirrelstar called, her voice ringing through the Clan. "Leopardclaw, I believe you will make a strong, faithful deputy and I trust you." she added, leaping down and landing in front of the warrior.

Leopardclaw's eyes grew wide, he was very surprised. He bowed his head in respect and meowed "Thank you Squirrelstar. I will try to make this clan as great as it can be."

Ooc: Its been a while since I've read about what happens at a ceremony So I hope I did this right...

"Leopardclaw! Leopardclaw!" Nightpaw called out.

"Meeting dismissed." Squirrelstar commanded, then padded to the tree that made her den.(I think)
