Bluekit padded out of the nursery, looking around. Hmmm. Not much... she thought. But It's my job to protect it!

Blackkit padded past her and walked into the open, looking around with calm eyes. Not much to do as a kit....

Bluekit watched as he passed, tilting her head.

He padded over to the fresh-kill pile and sat down, sniffing a frog, then a mouse, and then a lizard, as if trying to remember the scent of all of the kinds of prey.

This one's kinda weird she thought.

"Hey Bluekit!" He called, looking bored. "Want to play a game?" Blackkit asked, padding back.

"That depends on what type of game." she said leaning backwards.

"That depends on what you want to play." Blackkit countered calmly, still looking bored.

"I won't pick." she said looking away.

"Well then. I guess we won't play anything then." Blackkit huffed, still amused, and turned around. He began to pad away.

"Okay, doesn't bother me." she said.

"I'll play with you, Blackkit." Sarrowsong offered.

Blackkit blinked. "Okay." He mewed. "What are we going to play?"

Littlelight padded out of his den and walked up to Sarrowsong, letting out a small yawn.
