Reedkit struggled to his paws, wincing as he put the dislocated one down. He stared up at Rainstar with flaming blue eyes. He said nothing, just glared at her. "I'm not going." He growled after a moment. "And if you hurt my new clan then I'll hurt you!" He hissed angrily. "You can't control me!!!" He shrieked in her face, spirit a flame.

Reedkit unsheathed one of his paws and slashed it hard against his mother's face. "Go away! LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!" He screamed. Leaping down, he crawled back to Coldgaze, his eyes burning with anger.

"he is not!" her voice raised though fur. when he slid out Rainstar flinched as tiny claws scratched her face. "I don't care if he wants to go. Reedkit is my kit, no madder what.." her voice cracked so much that she stopped before continueing "I love you son." she liked his tiny head a tear droped as she turned and rushed away, a tiny wisper from rainstar to her kit echoed for only him to hear "I am sorry..."

Reedkit watched her run away. "Mama...." he murmured. But he didn't regret it. She failed to protect him as Coldgaze did. "What do we do now? Where's riverclan?" He asked the warrior.
