*sigh* Loosing 6th life...

Aurastar padded through the territory, tears making a trail behind her. Head and tail low, she stumbled upon a kit, alone. "Hello there little one" she licked it's head as it feebly mewed. She wrapped her tail around the kit, it smiled and curled up in her fur, snoring lightly. She pricked her ears as footsteps sounded behind her, she picked up the snoozing kit and tucked it into the root of a tree.A badger exploded out of Windclan territory and pounced on Aurastar. Picking her up and slinging her around in it's massive jaws. The kit began to mew and creep forward as the badger returned to it's nest. The kit mewed louder, hoping someone would hear.

Blackfur was taking a walk, thinking about everything that had happened in the past few moons. He was utterly confused.

Then he heard a kit mewling. He followed the sound, just to gasp at the sight of his leader. "AURASTAR!" He shrieked, rushing forward, sniffing her limp body. He looked over spotting the kit. He padded slowly over to it. "It's okay, young one." He mewed softly, sitting down next to it. He stared at his leader with wide eyes. "I'll be back in a moment. Stay hidden here." He murmured to the kit, rushing quickly to look for cobwebs.

Suddenly he felt his mind grow foggy. Not again, he thought. Not now! His fur grew slightly thicker, his grey eyes darker, his claws yellow-ish and slightly chipped from many battles. His long black fur was silky, and he suddenly knew exactly what to do.

*Lazy skip later*

After Aurastar was patched up, Blackfur, or what seemed to be Blackfur, stood next to her with a sigh. His mind cleared, and he just faintly remembered what he just did. His memory was getting better, obviously controlling it more now what he knew what was happening.

"Aurastar?" Blackfur whimpered.

Aurastar coughed and looked up "Not again..." she laid her head on her paws and looked at the kit, "Should we keep him?"

Blackfur looked at the kit. "If you wish." He murmured.
