I thought this would be a little fun ouo. Exactly as the title says. Explain what gives each of your warriors their names.

Mine -

Birdflight:
When Birdflight was born, his fur pattern resembled those to a female cardinal(The brown ones) or a woodpecker. He also seemed to sound like a bird chirping whenever he squeaked. As a warrior, he was known for his speed and strong legs, making him one of the best jumpers in Skyclan.

Reedfur/pelt/Iforgot:
When Reedfur/pelt was born, he had an odd pattern of stripes. They only went half way down his side and there was a lot more than usual on his tail. It kind of looked like a Reed Bed in water, as his pelt was grey-blue. He has no known special or advanced abilities, as was his personality the same as every other warrior, so he was named after his pelt instead.

Mintleaf:
Mintleaf was named "Mintkit" when she was born for one reason: As a kit, her fur and personality was so....different, that her mother was late to pick a name for her, as she had no idea what to call her. One day, Mintkit got into the herbs, and almost swallowed a mint leaf! Thus she was named with the prefix "Mint". As she grew to warrior age, her little incident was well remembered, and since the only advanced skill she had was stalking and fighting among the leaves, she was then named "Mintleaf".

Blackstorm:
Blackstorm was named with the prefix "Black" for his distinct black fur with darker markings, and was later named with the suffix "storm" for his strict and grumpy personality, along with the pattern of his fur.

Blackfur:
Blackfur was named after Blackstorm, as he looked exactly like him, and it seemed a well-suited name for his fur. Though he was especially brave and righteous, as of the suffix "heart", the name "Blackheart" would sound more as an insult than a honor, so he was naturally named after his fur.

Quietbreeze:
This one is quiet obvious, but if you haven't noticed Quietbreeze basically never talked to anyone as a kit. Her mother worried she was mute at first. Then she slowly began to open up to her clanmates, though she was still very quiet when talking, making it hard to understand her occasionally, and she was still very, very shy. If it had not been for Rabbitfoot, she probably would have ended up like her sister and tried to kill herself. She received her warrior name for her extremely advanced skill: Speed. She is probably the fastest or close to fastest of her clan, and can surprise anyone with her speed. This reason gave her the suffix "breeze", as she was as fast as a cool wind breeze.

Squirrelpelt/star: Squirrelstar/pelt was named 'Squirrelkit' when she was born for her light brown fur, that matched slightly that of a squirrel's. As she grew older, she was given warrior name for her pelt.

Poisonheart: Poisonheart wasn't given the name 'Poisonkit' at birth. AT birth, he was given the name 'Duskkit' for his blue pelt. When he was still young, his parents were murdered by gruesome, merciless rogues. As a young apprentice, his heart had turned to stone, and his hatred fell upon his Clanmates, not just the rogues. He requested the leader changed his name to Poison, and the leader did. As a warrior, he was given the name Poisonheart for his, well.. Poison hearted nature.

Sarrowsong: Hmm.. This'll be a tough one. Well, let's see.
Not born with the name 'Sarrowkit', but 'Brownkit'. She didn't like the name, and, her life was slightly lonely as a young apprentice, so, she requested the leader change ehr name to Sarrow; the leader did so. She got the suffix 'song' from the sing-songy voice she used often.

Tinypaw/breeze: The prefix 'Tiny' was given for just what it means. Tinypaw/breeze, being a runt, was given the prefix 'Tiny' for his smallness. The suffix 'breeze' comes from his great speed. He's about as fast as a WindClan cat; maybe even faster.

Bluejay: Given the name 'Bluekit' by his parents for his blue pelt. The suffix 'jay' came from his strange meow, that sounded slightly like the chirping of a bird as a kit and young apprentice.

Sparrowpaw/wing: Sparrowpaw/wing was given his name for his sparrow-brown pelt. His suffix, 'wing', was choosen for the darker gray and brown-ish marks along his sides. His sides are also slightly broader than normal cats' sides, and he also got 'wing' for his speed and agility.

Rabbitfoot: Given the prefix 'Rabbit' for his white fur, that of a rabbit's. As a full medicine cat, he was given the suffix 'foot' for his slightly longer back paws.

Stripedtail:
He was named Stripedkit because...well he's covered in stripes. A simple name. At warrior age, he was named for his very long tail, which also seemed to have more stripes on it than his entire body. Therefore, his prefix and suffix go together very well. I'd say he has a pretty traditional name right thar 8D

Leopardpaw/strike~ As he a kit, he was much bigger than his brother, and always was. He was given the name because his front claws are unusually big, like a leopard's.
Littlelight~ Was given his name because he was always the runt of the litter. He got the light part because... I dunno... X3
