A Nervous Wreck

Quietpaw had been missing from camp a few days, as she was avoiding everyone possible. She refused to eat, and mostly hid, her fur a mess. She jumped and ran at every sound, even the tiny buzzing of a fly or the scuttle of a mouse. Now she was out of camp still, hiding in an abandon rabbit burrow.

Rabbitpaw, who had been sniffing around for herbs, twitched his ears. He sat down sadly, tilting his head upwards. "Quietpaw, where are yo-" he then stopped. His nose twitched. He follow his nose until he fell into an abandoned rabbit's burrow, where, following his nose, found Quietpaw. His feet were brushing her chest fur, and he lay down, licking the top of her head. "What's wrong, Quietpaw?" he asked.

Quietpaw flinched, then relaxed slightly as she saw it was Rabbitpaw. she shut her eyes, shivering. "I can't take it much longer..." She murmured after a moment. "Patchstar died not long ago, and I was just getting used to that fact when my mother died too...I can't take all the death, Rabbitpaw! You're all I have now." She whimpered.

Rabbitpaw's milky eyes were shining with sympathy. "What about you're siblings?" he said. Then, he hesitated. "At least you can be friends with one of them."

Quietpaw went still. "They wouldn't like me. I hide from them." She murmured.

Brightpaw saw Quietpaw, sitting with Rabbitpaw. "Quietpaw!" she greeted, running up. "Where've you been?"

Quietpaw flinched, her eyes wide with shock. She turned around, ears flattened. "U-uh...Around. I'm not needed here anyways...." She murmured the last part.

"Not needed in the Clan?!" Rabbitpaw said, his eyes wide with shock. "Oh, no, Quietpaw, that's so wrong it's...You're mind is farther away than the sky." he whispered. "The Clan loves you, Quietpaw." I love you.. he thought, wanting to scream it.

OOC- YUSH, I KNOW WE CAN'T BE MATES LITTLE. We aren't gonna. Rabbit just lurves her. o33o

ooc: Lul X3 I don't see why not though...it'd be the second forbidden love on here. The first being Dove and Coldgaze...
I'm not counting Blackstorm and Aurastar though, cuz they were never actually mates or anything. He didn't even know she loved him xD

ic: "Maybe, but I'm useless...I have no mentor, no training, so all I do is sit around camp or hide all day. I try not to eat food unless I'm really starving, so there is enough for the real warriors. I can't even talk to my own clanmates...." She sighed, looking away again. Then she realized she had talked to Brightpaw, who she didn't even know. "But I'm getting better...you don't have to worry about me. I'll get through. It's nice to....to talk to some one about it. You're a good friend, Rabbitpaw." She murmured.

"Do you wanna go for a hunt?" Brightaw asked.

"And you could help me collect herbs for the Clan so they don't get sick." Rabbitpaw offered, determined to help the young cat.

Quietpaw nodded slowly. "I don't know how to hunt, but I'll help with anything I can." She mewed.

"I can show you how to hunt," Brightpaw suggested, smiling.

ooc: Can that count as my hunting training? Cuz Patchstar died before I got ANY training and I still don't have a mentor...Grey keeps forgetting to get me a new one >3>

ic: Quietpaw got to her paws and nodded silently, back to her old self.
