By the barn

"Yes!" He almost pleaded.

"Well, since you have no patience, one word for it. Insanity." she said.

"You're fine." Warm said, looking at her.

"I won't be." she said looking down. "But, when it does happen will you do something for me?"

"What is it?" He asked.

"Kill me." she said with a sigh.

Tigerkit jumped up to her feet, hearing everything the two rogues had said. She took a step forward, slipping and falling down, landing on her feet and looking at the two.

"Hey Tigerkit." he said, hoping she didn't hear.

Dark closed her eyes waiting for him to answer.

Warm looked at Dark, and nodded. Telling her yes, he would if it came to that. I hope is doesn't come to that.. Warm thought.

Tiger snickered. "She'll go mad in no time!" she meowed, hurridly running into the barn.

Warm jumped on her tail stopping her. "Tigerkit!" He growled.

Tiger squirmed out and pounced on Warm's head. "But, it's true!"

"No its not. That was rude." He growled, and nudged her off.

Tiger stuck her tongue out at the rogue and ran away.

Warm growled and walked back to Dark. "Don't mind her." He hissed.

"She's right." she whispered. "Any day now..."

"Don't talk that way." Warm said, looking at her wide eyed.

"Why?!" she hissed.

"Because I don't want it to come." He said.

"Just because you don't want something to come doesn't mean it won't." she said.

"I know." He growled.

"Then worry about it when it comes." she said. "And why do you care?"

Tiger came up behind the two, determined to annoy them. "Because he likes you!" she giggled, louder than she should've.
