Chat mod thingy~

Me and Little have been talking, and we have desided that we need a chat mod.

We will eventually come to two people to be a chat mod, and we will post the names. We will then see who we think, and discuss with Ivy and Mossy too, who should be a chat mod. It'll also be counted with activeness who will become a new chat mod. The person who becomes a chat mod will have to be on chat when others are on to control spam, bad language, etc.

If anyone does see something going wrong in the chat box, either capture it or copy and PM it to Splotch or I. Thank you~
