To become an elder, you must do all of the following~
Gain the rank of Warrior;
Been an active warrior for 3 weeks;
Trained at least one apprentice;
Gone to at least one gathering as a warrior;
Gain the rank of Warrior;
Been an active warrior for 3 weeks;
Trained at least one apprentice;
Gone to at least one gathering as a warrior;
