Can He be a reincarnation of Blackstorm?

Looks just like Blackstorm except with a little white splotch on forehead :3
Personality:
Brave and respectful. Has a kind of "justice-making" personality if you know what I mean. This is how Blackstorm would've been if he had been a warrior o3o

Blackkit trudged out of the nursery, bored out of his mind. He poked a leaf on the ground and it fluttered in the air. He chased it, jumping around and having a bit of fun. "I'm gonna get you!" He squeaked happily, chasing the leaf.
