Insane kit

ic: Reedkit darted out of the nursery, making it's branches shiver. He leaped into the middle of camp, tail high, and sniffed the air. He got into a crouch, eye on a leaf, before launching himself on it, shredding it with tiny claws. He then jumped off and ran in circles around the shredded leaf, as if preventing it from moving. The leaf simply floated into the air in bits on the gentle breeze and blew like confetti away. Reedkit chased it around camp until it flew over the barrier and into the forest. He huffed and sat down, watching the camp entrance. Curious, he skipped over to it, poking his head through and looking outside. He took one step out, sniffing the fresh air.

Deadkit watched him, knowing to stop him. Yet, it wasn't time to stop him.

The blue kit perked his ears, listening to the birdsong. He placed a second paw out, then another, and another, until he was just barely visible by the tip of his tail wavering in the entrance as he sat outside, embracing the forest with complete awe.

"Not a good idea going out there without someone." he called to Reedkit.

The tail stopped wavering, and Reedkit peeked back in with alarm. He relaxed when he saw Deadkit. "Why? Is it dangerous? Danger is fun!" He added with a bounce, coming back in camp.

"Yes, dangerous. Death, sickness, all could happen to you." he said not showing any emotion in his voice.

"Cool! Sounds like an adventure! Adventure is fun!" Reedkit squeaked happily, bouncing around Deadkit, obviously not understanding two things. One, Deadkit didn't like to be around cats he didn't know/like, and two, Danger could kill him.

"Listen! If you die, that's one less cat for thunderclan, I could do that for you. Is that what you want, death?!" he hissed at Reedkit. If he's not brain dead, he should get it.

Reedkit stopped, looking at him. "Death? No, I just want to have fun! You should try it some time! You're always so gloomy and angry and alone!" He mewed, still looking happy, and starting to bounce around him again. "Why don't we play a game? We could play hide-and-seek! Or tag! Or chase! Or we could hunt the leaves! Or..." He trailed off, looking at him with excited eyes. "..Or we could go outside!" He whispered, paws kneeding the ground in excitement.

ooc: I can imagine how much Deadkit really wants to kill him right now X3 Reedkit isn't trying to be annoying, he's just adventurous, and as a young kit, that loads up his energy like fuel .3.

I don't play. Playing is for kits who don't know how ignorant they are!" If he steps out, i'll have to take him back.

Reedkit rolled his eyes. "Wrong! Playing is for kits who like to have fun and happiness in their life instead of being dull and serious all the time! Have you ever played a game before?" He mewed, tipping his head.

"Yes, and it was painful. Look at this eye and this ear." he said showing the left side of his head, where he had a blind eye, and a v-shaped ear.

"What happened?" Reedkit asked curiously, head still tipped.

"I was playing, what do you think?"

"How did you get hurt?" He pressed.

Deadkit narrowed his blind eye, "Playing, didn't I just tell you?"

"No. Playing if fun and happy! Being hurt isn't playing, it's not happy!" Reedkit huffed, circling around him again. Suddenly, he pounced on Deadkit from behind, tumbling him over. "Got you!" He purred happily.

Deadkit twisted his head and bit down on Reedkit's scruff. Deadkit pulled ogg Reedkit, and threw him to the ground, placing his paw on his chest.

Reedkit giggled. "See? That's playing! Though you were a bit rough on my neck." He added, shifting slightly at a shallow pain in his scruff. Suddenly, his back legs kicked out from under Deadkit, throwing him off. Reedkit jumped to his paws, swishing his tail, eyes filled with excitement and joy.

Deadkit got up, blood lust in his eyes. "This isn't fun, it's a fight."

"Right! The kits play fight all the time!" He squeaked happily. He suddenly rushed at Deadkit with surprising strength, knocking hard into him. Even though he was an excited and energy-filled kit who was happy most of the time, he had the strength that would serve good in battle when he was older. "I'm a Thunderclan warrior!" He roared with glee.

Deadkit was thrown back far away from his sudden attack. He got to his feet, digging his claws into the ground. "Pathetic! Come at me!" he hissed.

Reedkit got into a fighting position and let out a playful, excited growl. "You dare mock the great Reedstar?" He hissed happily. He bolted towards Deadkit on his blind side, ready to attack.

Deadkit turned his head to see Reedkit. When he was close enough, he raised his paw, and brung it down on Reedkit's head.

Reedkit sprung away with a yelp of pain, a little drop of blood coming from a small cut on his forehead. "Ow! That hurt!" He growled. "But Thunderclan warriors don't give up easily!" he yowled in triumph, rushing towards Deadkit again, this time dodging to the side and slamming his head against his side. He leaped on him, paw against his face. "Looks like I win!" He mewed happily, not knowing it wasn't over yet. He thought this was a game, and whenever Deadkit hurt him it was on accident, that he was just playing a little too rough at times when he made him feel pain. But it was a real fight, and while Reedkit was purposely playing and attacking with paws sheathed, Deadkit seemed serious.
