To become an MCA(Medicine Cat Apprentice) You will have to do all of the following~
Have created a cat creation and gotten it approved~
Created an MCA template and gotten it approved~
Have posted at least one topic in your Clan and roleplayed in it~
Have been a kit for at least a week~
