"Why not?" Brackenkit whined. "I wanna get some honey!"

"Because there are foxes and badgers," Cloudkit meowed sternly. "And what if you got caught?"

"I can fight off a fox!" Brackenkit meowed. She pushed past Cloudkit. "I'm going, whether you like it or not!"

Cloudkit started padding off back into camp. "If you get hurt, don't say I didn't warn you," Cloudkit mewed, going into camp. I hope she doesn't get hurt... Cloudkit though worridly.

Brackenkit watched him leave. She looked up to see a large bee hive. She scrambled up the tree and crept along the short branch the held it. TThe branch shook a bit, causing her to fall on her stomach. Brackenkit reached into the hive, pulling out a bunch of honeycombs. She gripped them in her teeth before realizing she couldn't get down.

Cloudkit sat beside the medicine cat den, worrying about Brackenkit. What if she gets stung? Or stuck? Or if... Something attacks her...

Brackenkit truly didn't want to admit she needed help, but she did. "C-c-c-loudkit!" she cried. "Help!"

Cloudkit heard Brackenkit and shock suddenly shot through him. Oh, no! He raced outta camp to where Brackenkit was stuck. "How in StarClan's name did you manage that?"

"I was trying to get the honey, and now I''m stuck!" she wrapped her legs around the tree, hearing it creak a bit.

Cloudkit climbed the tree and grabbed the kit by the scruff, the weight making his neck hurt. He finally got her down, letting go of her scruff and falling gently on the ground with an exhausted thud.

Brackenkit stuck her nose in Cloudkit's neck fur, whimpering quietly. That was horrible. "I'm sorry, Cloudy." she whispered, a tear slipping out her tightly shut eyes.

"You didn't mean it," Cloudkit mewed, walking back to camp. "C'mon, before someone catches us."

Brackenkit bounded into the nursery, curling into a tight ball and going to sleep.

Cloudkit jumped in the nest next to her and falling into a deep sleep.
