A Cloud Covered Sky

Cloud walked across a mossy log, his white-furred legs almost giving out underneath him as he let out a feeble mew, hoping someone would hear him. "W-where's momma?" He breathed, a tear falling off his cheek. He walked more, further into ThunderClan territory, his green eyes shining as he came to the camp. It looked harmless, as far as he could see, since he was blind in his right eye. "Hello?" he called, looking up at the cloud covered sky.

A faint meow came from inside, the entrence began to rustle as a she-cat popped out "Oh, why isn't it a gift from Starclan" she purred in amusement as she saw the kit.

Cloud ducked his head as he took a step back. Barely being able to see with his one blind eye, he let out a hiss.

"Its alright little kit" she meowed going into a submission like pose to try to show she was no harm.

Cloud took a tiny step forward. "Do you know where momma is?"

"Sorry, I do not know your mommy." she meowed.

Cloud looked at the cat and started to wail, tears falling from his eyes.

Brackenkit leaped out a bush. "Hi- Why are you crying?" sh asked. The small kit padded over to the other kit, nudging him. "You can have my momma!"

Cloud sat down stubbornly, still crying and wailing. "I want mah mommaaaa!"

Brackenkit wrapped her tail around the kit. "It's okay." she murmured, giving his ear a small lick.

Bluejay heard the wails of a kit and padded over. "Don't cry." he soothed, licking the tears from the kit's face.

"No! Nothing's okay!" Cloud protested, calming down a bit. "Mom's probably with brother and sister, and she probably forgot all about me!"

"She's probably looking everywhere for you!" Brackenkit argued. "Momma's don't forget their babies!"

"She threw me away because of my eye!" Cloud cried. "Nothing will ever be okay! I might as well be dead!"

Brackenkit flicked an ear. "You're perfect the way you are." Brackenkit murmured. She was doing what her mom did to her. lol.

"Not with my blind eye I'm not," Cloud grumbled, looking in the other direction

"In my opinion, you look better with it." Brackenkit meowed with a smile.

"You're just saying that to make me feel better," Cloud cried.

ooc: We should probably wait for Grey and Sarrow

Ivyfire, who was as usually,randomly walking through the forest, spotted the kits "Hello little ones" she purred and padded over.

OOC: Thank you for waiting -.-

IC: Badgertail looked at the kit with deep eyes "I'll look for your mama ok? its dangerous to be out here alone" she meowed in concern.

ooc: sorry D;

IC: "O-ok." Cloudkit looked up at Badgertail, feeling safe around the cat.
